The company partnered with Saunders Properties to acquire and reposition a former 321,000 SF AT&T office facility that included a development of a new five star restaurant. Subsequent to a three year renovation program, the property was successfully sold to a Boston private capital fund in excess of $160 million. The subject constituted a fifth AT&T project between Werdin Partners and Saunders Properties.
